Payment

We accept payments via Credit Cards, PayPal Account, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery.

You can choose which method to use at the end of the purchase process.

Credit Card

You can use credit and debit cards affiliated with the Visa and Mastercard networks. The payment method is implemented using the PayPal gateway. Your credit card details are transmitted only to the service provider's systems via a secure connection protected against unauthorized access through SSL-encrypted data transfer. This information is not accessible to third parties, nor to Filincanto, which only receives the debit authorization from the credit card issuer.

PayPal

PayPal is one of the most widely used online payment systems.

It allows you to create an account linked to a card or bank account and pay without entering payment details, simply by using your PayPal account credentials.

In this case, too, Filincanto receives only the payment notification without gaining access to the Customer's personal information.

Bank Transfer

You can also pay for your purchases via bank transfer. Make the payment using the bank details provided below and also sent by email once the purchase is completed. In the payment description, include the order number and date. It is advisable to forward a scan or photo of the bank transfer receipt to expedite the order processing.

Filincanto will ship your order as soon as it receives confirmation of the payment from the bank. If payment is not received within 5 business days, the order will be canceled, and the purchased goods will be made available in the catalog again.

Cash on Delivery

You can choose to pay in cash directly to the courier upon delivery. Checks of any kind are not accepted.

This option is reserved for orders shipped within Italy and for amounts up to 990 euros.

Cash on delivery payment includes an additional fee of 5.00 euros regardless of the order amount.
