Express Courier
Deliveries via express courier are carried out from Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM, using DHL or SDA couriers, synonymous with reliability and professionalism.
Delivery times in Italy are 24/48 hours from departure from our warehouse, except during trade fair periods, when there may be delays in departure.
When placing the order, it is mandatory to provide your phone number (mobile or landline) to be contacted by the courier if necessary.
Once the items have been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.
Delivery Times
Including order preparation times, delivery takes place in 1-5 working days in Italy and in 3-8 working days abroad. During special periods (Black Friday, Christmas holidays, August), delivery times may be longer.
Products are shipped only after full payment has been received. Exceptions are orders paid on delivery, where payment is made directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
The delivery times indicated at the time of purchase should be considered purely indicative and not binding.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system based on the total amount of items purchased.
In Italy, the shipping cost is 7.50 euros. If cash on delivery payment is requested, where payment is made directly to the courier, a supplement of 5.00 euros is required. The courier is not obliged to accept any type of check.
For orders over 65 euros, shipping is free.
For foreign orders, a minimum order of 40 euros is required.
For non-EU shipments, customs duties are not included and must be paid upon delivery of the goods.
